What made you want to join the Sweat Squad in the first place?
"I have always loved the Sweet Sweat brand, ever since 2016 when I started using the waist trimmer. Sweet Sweat's values and mission resonates with what my fitness values are so it was no brainer to get on board." - Onosioze Uduje
"I fell in love with the products 7 years ago! I had just had my second child and was trying to get back in shape. What has been the highlight of your time as a Squad member so far?
"I love the community of being on the Sweat Squad. The other members are so supportive and encouraging, it's been amazing!" - Emma Smith
"The hike and workout at Runyon Canyon last year was so much fun. But also the connections made." - Semoura Villa
"The activities. The activities are a lot of fun to do. They give you the chance to be creative and put together great content. As time goes on you get better and better. I also love that I am able to engage my family along in them, it brings us together, builds bonds and introduces health and fitness into your household." - Sakiyah Watts
What has your experience been like interacting with other Squad members?
"We're simply role models for one another. No matter the goal of each individual you're able to take a piece of something from everyone you engage with. I haven't physically met anyone yet but I have engaged with quite a few via social media and each time has always been rewarding." - Sakiyah Watts
"Amazing! I have made so many friendships! We connect online all the time, whether it's chatting or just supporting each other. I have had the pleasure of working out with a few of the girls, Jenn and Iris! They motivate me daily and I admire them tremendously!" - Desiree Gomez
"I've been loving being a part of the Squad. It's like no other connection I can explain. The girls are all so different but offer so many great things for each of us. I think we all have a certain personality trait to offer the team and it makes us fit together so good. I've definitely connected with others online and met a few in person!
