3 Drills for Better Agility

Agility is one of the facets of sports training that can separate a good athlete from a great one. It's a common misconception that agility drills are just for athletes, they can be very beneficial and impactful to any well-rounded fitness routine. These Agility drills below focus on your leg and core muscles while improving balance and mobility. We love coupling these exercises with Sweet Sweat to improve warm-up, recovery and increase sweating. 

The Workout

20 side-to-side hip dip plank
20 alternating leg lifts
15 single-leg tuck in crunch left
15 single-leg tuck in crunch right

Complete 3 rounds with 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between each round.
